Did you know that real estate commissions are flexible?
Back in the 1960's and 1970's sellers would list their home at a commission rate of 5% to 6%. It is hard to believe that sellers continue to pay the same rate in 2022!
A traditional commission structure is 5%. The listing agent works for 2.5% and offers 2.5% to the buying agent. Basic math (2.5% + 2.5% = 5%)
Our commission rate is as straight forward as it gets. We work for 1% and leave it up to you as to how much commission you will offer the buying agent. Our clients will typically offer 2.5% to the buying agent which works out to be a savings of 1.5% in commission. If you are selling a home for $1,100,000 this works out to be a SAVINGS of $16,000!
You are also not locked into having to offer 2.5% to the buying agent. This commission rate is flexible. You may choose to offer 2.25%, 2%, 1.75%, 1%...you get the picture. You decide how much commission you would like to offer the buying agent. The ball is in your court...you make the decision.
We have been selling homes and saving our clients thousands of dollars for years. There is a reason more people are using COMFLEX REALTY, it just makes sense! What do we offer at 1%?
